Wake up to their name on the lawn.
We plant a giant yard greeting overnight, between 11 PM and 3 AM, and take it down the next evening. Somebody at the house is always in on it.

Book a surprise
Someone at the house is always in on it
If you don't live there, you name one adult who does. We text them before we set up. No reply, no setup, and you can move it to another night for free.
- Easy to spot as legit. Our crew wears a hi-vis vest with our name on it and carries the job sheet. If a neighbor asks, we'll show it.
- Quiet. Engine and headlights off a house down, a red headlamp, no hammering. Stakes go in by hand.
- Careful with the lawn. At least 5 feet back from the sidewalk, never on the curb strip, and clear of meters, sprinkler lines and dog fences you tell us about.
- Safe checkout. Cards go through Stripe, so your card number never touches our server.
Not a fan? It's gone within two hours.
Our name never goes on the display. It's on a small card at the door with a number to text. If anyone at the house wants it gone, we take it down, no questions asked.
We also never tell them who ordered it on the spot. We'll pass their message along to you.
Yes, even in January
Michigan topsoil only freezes a few inches down, so winter is mostly a matter of the right tools.
- Pilot holes. We drill a quiet pilot hole through the frozen crust and press the stakes in by hand.
- Two stakes per letter. From November to March, so lake wind can't knock them over. On ice or a driveway we use weighted stands.
- Free snow re-set. If fresh snow or a plow buries it overnight, we come back in the morning and fix it.

Fundraisers and partners
PTOs, boosters, youth leagues, realtors and local shops already reach the same families we do. Here's how we work together.
Flock your friends for a good cause
Your families buy flockings for friends at $60 each. We do the night setups and takedowns, and your group keeps 30 to 40% of every sale.
- Each flocking is 24 flamingos for 24 hours, plus a card naming the group it supports.
- The inside-accomplice rule still applies, so every flocked house is in on it.
- Spring dates book fast. Talk to us by February.
What your group could raise
25 flockings at $60 is $1,500 in sales.
Graduation season books up first
May and June are our busiest nights. Senior class parent groups can reserve a block of lawns in school colors before the rush.
Sports themes use team colors and generic balls, never team logos.
Realtors, bakeries, florists and party stores
- "Welcome home" lawns
Real estate agents
Surprise your buyers on closing day. We bill you as a client gift and set it up the night the keys change hands.

Bakeries and party stores
Sell a yard display with the cake or balloons. Choose a 10% referral fee or a shared bundle price.

Questions and house rules
How setup works, what we won't spell, and what happens if the house isn't thrilled.
Before you book
Does someone at the house have to know?
Yes. If you don't live there, you name one adult who does, and we text them before setup. It keeps surprises welcome and gives us someone to call. The only exception is when you live at the address yourself.
What messages won't you put up?
We can turn down any message. We never spell out news someone hasn't shared yet, like a pregnancy or a health update, and nothing meant to embarrass or insult.
We also turn down romantic messages for someone you're not in a relationship with, orders where you can't name anyone who lives there, and repeat orders aimed at the same house.
We rent. Can we still book?
Yes, with the landlord's or HOA's okay. The booking form asks you to confirm it for rentals, apartments and condos.
How far ahead do I need to book?
By 6 PM the day before is ideal. Under 48 hours' notice adds a $20 rush fee, as long as we have the letters free that night. The booking form checks as you type.
On the night
Will you wake anyone up?
We try hard not to. We park a house down with the engine and headlights off, work by red headlamp, and press stakes in by hand. Most setups take 10 to 15 minutes between 11 PM and 3 AM.
Where on the lawn does it go?
On the lawn itself, at least 5 feet back from the sidewalk. Never on the grass strip between the sidewalk and the curb, since that belongs to the city. We keep stakes away from gas meters and utility boxes.
Can the stakes damage anything?
Our stakes go 10 to 12 inches down. Tell us about sprinkler lines, landscape lighting wire or an invisible dog fence when you book, and we'll work around them.
Why isn't your logo on the display?
The display is about them, not us. Our name only appears on the small card at the door.
After the reveal
What if they don't like it?
Text the number on the card and we'll remove it within two hours, no questions asked. They can also pull the stakes and lean everything by the porch, and we'll collect it. We won't argue about it, and we won't tell them who ordered it.
Do I get a refund if it comes down early?
If it comes down because no one at the house actually agreed, there's no refund. For anything else, like a shy birthday kid, we'll offer a partial credit. After a recent loss or hard news at the house, we refund in full.
Do I get a photo?
Yes. We photograph every finished display and email it to you with the takedown time.
Weather, winter and payment
Do you set up in winter?
All year. In frozen ground we drill a pilot hole and press the stakes in. From November through March every letter gets two stakes against the wind. On ice or a driveway, we use weighted stands.
What if it snows overnight?
If fresh snow or a plow buries the display, we come back the next morning and fix it for free.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe emails your receipt after takedown.
